CeraPrinter: Advanced Digital Materials Deposition Tools
CeraPrinter equipment is a powerful tool allows to reach all types of materials deposition digital processes in Printed Electronics and Smart 3D Printing. The patented system of the headholder “plug and play” with automatic motorized rotation allows embedding simultaneously many digital materials deposition heads. The equipment can integrate simultaneously several post-processes in-line (IR, UV, NIR, photonics…etc.). CeraPrinter is modular-based scalable platform delivered with exclusive software suite developed by CERADROP (CeraSlice, DropAnalyser, FabAnalyser) enabling its quick start-up, easy to use and bottom-up approach for functional components design, in order to become a process tool “all-in-one” for full process development dedicated to Printed Electronics and Smart 3D Printing.
Flexible digital printing solutions from R&D to 24/7 Manufacturing:
• X-Serie
TurnKey materials deposition printer is dedicated for inkjet process development providing all key features for complete study.
• F-Serie
All-in-one State-of-the-art materials deposition platform combines two technologies Inkjet and Aerosol Jet® with multi-curing modules embedded simultaneously enabling advanced process development in multidisciplinary fields.
• Industrial Platform
Flexible Inkjet Printing Solutions from R&D Pilot Line to High Throughput 24/7 Manufacturing. All CERADROP features on industrial scale: Large format, Single pass, High throughput (Several m²/min), Multi-substrate (Rigid, Flexible), Multi-material, Multi-curing technologies (IR, NIR, UV, Photonic).
CERADROP, a MGI Group company, is exclusive distributor of OPTOMEC Aerosol Jet® systems in France
OPTOMEC Aerosol Jet® printers provide highresolution 3D printing capabilities required to manufacture smaller, lighter-weight, highperformance devices. Aerosol Jet® technology uses a patented process of aerodynamic focusing to precisely print electronic circuitry and functional components in dimensions ranging from as small as 10 microns. The Aerosol Jet® Printers are available in a number of configurations to meet specific customer requirements.
